About Us

The firm has two partners, Iain McCready and Louis Hansen, and whatever the project we ensure that we put together the team which is appropriate in terms of experience and approach to that job. Every project is headed by a partner with responsibility for client liaison and that partner remains actively involved throughout its course.

We realise that to achieve a successful outcome for our clients we cannot work in isolation. Success depends upon our ability to develop good working relationships with the whole of the design and construction team.

We pride ourselves on having a full understanding of the complexities of procuring construction, on the ability to be flexible in our approach and, above all, being able to understand, fully and clearly, the needs of our clients.
